Through-hole conductive slip ring is a collective name for a series of conductive slip rings with a hole in the center, which are mainly used to transmit power current, precision signals, weak signals, large currents and various signals. It is suitable for any equipment that needs to transmit power and signal when it needs to rotate 360°.

Installation Method

Fix the slip ring rotor: Tighten the screws of the slip ring rotor to fix it with the rotating shaft of the equipment.

Fix the slip ring stator: Use screws or pins to fix the slip ring's anti-rotation piece with the equipment, but don't lock it too tightly. The slip ring anti-rotation piece should leave a certain movable gap with the fixed end of the equipment.

Matters Needing Attention

1. Yading slip ring is a precision electrical component, please do not disassemble it by yourself, so as not to affect the performance of the slip ring; 2. The slip ring body must not be used for load-bearing, and the wire must not withstand external tension; 3. The slip ring is maintenance-free, no need to add lubricant to lubricate; 4. Be sure to protect the wires when installing; 5. IP51 slip ring should avoid working in humid and dusty environment, and protective measures should be added in harsh environment.If used in harsh environments, it is recommended to exchange for slip rings with IP54 or higher; 6.When using the anti-rotation rod (pin or screw) to fix the anti-rotation piece, a certain degree of freedom should be ensured, and it must not be forcibly fixed, otherwise the slip ring may be damaged or the normal service life may not be reached;
